What if I want to upgrade my plan later?: You can upgrade your plan at any time in the Subbul dashboard. You will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.
What if I want to downgrade my plan later?: If you decide to downgrade your plan, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. At the end of your billing period, you will be downgraded to the plan you select.
What if I decide to cancel?: You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you do decide to cancel, you will still have access to your paid features until the end of your subscription period.
What is your refund policy?: We do not offer refunds, but you can cancel at anytime.
What happens to my AWS resources if I cancel or downgrade my subscription?: Subbul will never delete any AWS resources it creates. If you cancel or downgrade your plan, your AWS resources will be retained. However, you will not be able to create additional resources until you the number of resources is less than the maximum allowed for your plan.
